i have an issue with the license , all steps suggested on knowoledge base were done and problem still the same. Send ticket to Centova but no response since 3 days ago.. my self and clients are off the air ,,,

Keep trying -- I saw Steve on here about a hour ago, and was able to get one of my servers back up --- I am having problem with the other -- but don't click that "re-issue license" in your client area too many times or you'll get locked out.
That command I provided may not be the correct one for this.

I did have to go and re-issue my license and ran

/home/centovacast/system/runascc/runascc exec ccmanage reissuelicense radio.mysite.com

All are now up - THANKS STEVE!!!!

But it still says license expired.

Tried your 2nd command and that doesn't work either. 

Anybody else got it working ?

OK .. I managed to re-issue license on 2 and that did work.

You wee right .. on one I re-issued too many times and it locked me out.

I got a active trial license if it'll help -- use our contact form and I'll send it to you -- only SCstreaming please!!!!

Hi with one server all OK,
the second during the reissuing license on client area get me:

You have exceeded the maximum of 3 reissuances in a 96-hour period.

so I can't work.

Any Idea?
