I'm new to Centova Cast having just joined three days ago. I've received several emails from firstname.lastname@example.org all indicating that if I have questions I should reply to email@example.com, which I've done several times over the last three days. Although I immediately receive confirmation back that support is looking at my question, I've yet to receive a single reply. Is firstname.lastname@example.org an unmonitored account? Are these forums the only way to post questions and receive replies?
