How to receive support

I'm new to Centova Cast having just joined three days ago. I've received several emails from info@citrus3.com all indicating that if I have questions I should reply to support@citrus3.zendesk.com, which I've done several times over the last three days. Although I immediately receive confirmation back that support is looking at my question, I've yet to receive a single reply. Is support@citrus3.zendesk.com an unmonitored account? Are these forums the only way to post questions and receive replies?

that looks like someone trying to gain access to your radio, don't accept any help from people you don't know. If you need help search the forum, read the docs and check with support techs but don't accept help from someone you don't know.
