Hey guys.

I was having a discussion with DrO (one of the shoutcast developers) the other day and he explained to me that the most stable version of shotucast DNAS is the 2.2 NOT the 2.0

Does anyone use 2.2 with centovacast?  Is centovacast compatible with 2.2?

I would like to use 2.2 since its the most stable and ESPECIALLY since we use B.U.T.T to broadcast.  2.0 has issues with B.U.T.T but it along with many many other features such as auto authhash ++++ more were fixed in 2.2

I'm just wondering where you can find DNAS 2.2 ?

Becasue it's not available through official download...

As for now everything seems to be fine.

No crashes, buffers, high cpu usage, etc.
Server control fully works.
Tested under MP3 for now.

But until Centova Cast won't update config builders we won't be able to use full features of v2.2

Seems working fine for me.

New version of SHOUTcast V2 it's fantastic. Work perfect, no problems with AuthHash. Only Centova Cast not support this version, few errors in generation of config file. Some functions/options not exist in this version.

You will be have to restart server.

Centova Cast not support 2.2 yet.

Till now everything is fine.
No issues at all.

That are just warnings which DrO probably knows about. It is just going about the way how config file is generated by CentovaCast.
