I'm receiving the following error message:

License validation failed: Unlicensed IP address

How do I fix this?

Answer:

This message indicates that your server's IP address has changed since you started using Centova Cast, or that you have moved Centova Cast to a new server.

Whenever your server's IP address changes you need to re-issue your license as explained in this article.

NOTE: This article is for Centova Cast v3 only; an alternate version exists for Centova Cast v2.
