Segmentation fault error

I recieve a email everytime my root ads cron runs with something that looks similar to:

php -q /home/user/public_html/hosting/cron/cronjob.php --job=httpd_conf
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl: line 81: 21026 Segmentation fault $HTTPD -t >/dev/null 2>&1 root

This error means that you have not installed mod_layout with ddbug removed from the make file. You must recompile mod_layout and remove this for it to work properly
