This new v3 is much netter than I expected, the web based upload is amazing, the new layout even better - give it a chance, this is the beta version -- you didn't have to buy a license, they are giving 30 day trials free.

Flash players are still not working, but links are

Firstly, I am using the winamp player as standard, I am not using any player panel.
 Secondly, I use a Wowza server to do the encoding for flash player, but I'm not currently using version V3, because the first would like to see things working only with the choices of the panel, then yes, I will use other resources .
