So I know that SC_Trans is capable of it as I am able to stream my flac tracks using whmsonic which quite frankly sounds amazing even if it's reencoding to mp3/aac.  I'm wondering if whmsonic is capable of it using sc_trans why can't centova?  I feel that this would definitely be a huge win for centova if it could.
