That's really not possible, at least not the way you describe it. Centova Cast pulls the track name directly from the SHOUTcast/IceCast server's status page. So it will, by necessity, always reflect the track that the server is actually playing.
If you were to open a ticket with the helpdesk we could probably track down what's really happening for you, but I'm afraid I can't really think of any suggestions for you without looking at it.
