Any information is welcome. The error happens if you try to import the same server or to a new V3.

Fatal exception: Field uvoxcipherkey is not an AccountField instance

That means you're importing an account that was created with v2's experimental sctrans2beta3 module.  As that module was experimental and unsupported (and because SHOUTcast1+sctrans2 is not a supported combination in v3), those accounts cannot be imported into v3.
