Ok, we try to make the v3 work on our server, but been unsuccessfully till now. We still can't create new user.

Here is what we did:
Our server:  CentOS 6.3 Plesk 11

We installed the v3 full install, nothing to complain, everything went well.
./install.sh --channel=unstable --shoutcast2 --sctrans2

We reissued the license and add it there. There's no more error with the license anymore.
We followed ALL the steps from the Sticky, but the log file has only one line in it:
/etc/init.d/centovacast: line 75: gdb: command not found

Did /etc/init.d/centovacast status,  here's the result:
cc-web: running (pid 11040)
cc-control: running (pid 13752)
cc-appserver: running (pid 13754)
cc-ftpd: not running
cc-imaged: running (pid 13764)

We tried to make user from IE (normally using chrome) as suggested here in a post, still no result.

We did stop/start and restart, still the same result.

When checking the System Status, here's the display:
trance radio2   Cluster host connection failure for trance radio2: Connection refused (111)

Checked ALL the threads here in the forum for a solution, unfortunately didn't found a working one :(

Any time we want to make a user, after all the steps above, we get this result:

Please, if anyone knows what we could do extra, would really appreciate it. We tried to install Centova Cast v2.2.6 (Linux x86), but we weren't able to make the source work (probably cause of the server configuration, with CentOS 6). The v3 was installed on a re-instated server.

Please make a suggestion, we really don't know what else to do. Besides quitting....

We followed ALL the steps from the Sticky, but the log file has only one line in it:

That means you don't have gdb installed, which means you didn't follow all the steps in the sticky.  Refer to the sticky to fix this.

Your choice of browser makes no difference in regard to the "Connection refused" error.

Please make a suggestion, we really don't know what else to do. Besides quitting....

The diagnostic instructions in the sticky explain how to diagnose this problem.  If you follow them and encounter a crash we'll certainly investigate.

Update -- this may be fixed in the latest build which will be posted in about an hour.  Try updating, then follow my previous instructions if the problem persists.
