We have had some reports of SELinux causing this issue, you may need to change ownership on your Centova Cast web files, to match your Apache/PHP user. Also disabling SELinux should avoid this issue.

hope this helps.
I put in a ticket over 1 month ago and still not answered, except they are sending to development.

When I create ICESCC build in my 64 bit CenTOS 6.2 server, it appears that it works, but the file never gets build.

Can I get an answer on when his will be fixed.

You will have to download the source tarball, and build it from source. Providing that you have the necessary libraries installed in your system you should have no problem.

You can download ices-cc from here: http://www.centova.com/pages/icescc

Hope this helps.
Wow, I wish you would told me that a month ago when I put in the ticket.

Ticket ID, please?  We don't have any open tickets in our system that old.

How does it "appear to work", exactly? What is the exact output from the buildices.sh script?

Can I get an answer on when his will be fixed.
ices is not our product so there's no guarantee that it will be, but we can try to figure out what's up and provide a workaround if one is possible.

Client    We just got 2 new servers we are setting up and can't seem to do the custom ices 0.4 build.

The server is a 64 bit CenTOS 6.2 OS.

It looks like the custom build works, it takes about 4 - 5 minutes to finish. But there is no ICES file in /usr/local/ices/bin/

Any suggestions ?

Ugh, this ticket was never actually escalated so it auto-closed without me ever seeing it.  Sorry about that.  I'll respond in the ticket.
