Got pb to reindex mp3

so i use :

/home/centovacast/system/runascc/runascc exec ccmanage reindex USERNAME --debug --verbose

but got a error message "-bash: runascc: command not foud"

Have you ever have this error using runascc command ?

i ever made a disaster_recovery but same error
