I am seeing an invalid license message


Why am I seeing an invalid license message?


This can happen for several reasons.

Most commonly, if you changed the domain name or IP address of your iPanel/iHost installation, then you need to login to your client area and where you download the files and click the reissue button. This will reissue your license details in our system.

Also make sure you are not running a firewall that is blocking a connection to our license servers. Note that we run a cluster of licensing servers for redundancy, so whitelisting a single licensing server IP address may not suffice, and/or may result in licensing outages if that particular licensing server goes down while the rest of the cluster remains up.
