How do I edit the templates with my own design?

You can do this by editing the following files:

Order form:

/templates/order/header.tpl
/templates/order/footer.tpl

Client area:

/templates/client/header.tpl
/templates/client/footer.tpl

Helpdesk:

/templates/helpdesk/header.tpl
/templates/helpdesk/footer.tpl

Other pages (login form, etc.):

/templates/header.tpl 
/templates/footer.tpl

You will need to add your design code into these files to wrap our script with the design.
