Centova saying icecast is running, but then says it isn't

I hate subjects, They're too short to get the point across, and if you just put, "Stuff is broke" everyone thinks you're an idiot.

Ok here's the issue. I have both icecast and shoutcast running on a dedicated server, using centova to manage them. Today after a couple of the icecast streams were sold the users said they weren't working. When I went to take a look, it said the streams weren't running, so I hit the start button. Centova said the stream was successfully started but in the status section it still said it was offline. I can hit the start button over and over and it still says it's starting, but it never actually starts. Any ideas how to fix it?

Oh and here's the error log, not sure what to make of it.

Little update. I read that this issue can be caused by more than one instance of icecast running. So I stopped icecast, and started it again and I'm still having the same issue. I really think it's an issue with centova because why else would centova tell me the stream is running and it's not running at the same time.
Seems to me Icecast was not installed correctly.

May also be a permissions problem, check permissions using this kbase article

CC might tell you that it's starting and then tell you it's offline if IceCast is, in fact, starting, then exiting shortly thereafter.

Check the last page of your IceCast error log.  If nothing's there that indicates why it's exiting, then IceCast is most likely crashing.  Like My Auto DJ suggested, that would most likely indicate a problem with the way it was installed.

This is the answer I was looking for, after stopping icecast2 in the terminal [kill pid#] I restarted icecast in the management pan for CCast and it is working.  8)
