I am waiting on the following two tickets to be updated:
EK7-LQO2-114 - Waiting for 16 days
OX2-DDS2-536 - Waiting for 34 days

Any update on both of these would be greatly appreciated.
I did mention this lack of an update in another ticket but this appears to have been missed.
