How do I get help getting SSL installed for my streams? I heard there is an unofficial way Centova tech support can help. They asked me to pay $70 US to install it. I filed the ticket afterwards but it has been two weeks and despite trying to get their attention I have had no luck.

Am I missing a part of the process here? Does anyone know what I can do to get assistance?

 I have paid... waited over 4 weeks... no response. They just keep closing my tickets. What is going on ?

I only know a way for Icecast on debian 10
install the icecast package from xiph,

you have to edit the raw configuration, 
add the ssl-port and under path a link to the certificate bundle
