I am moving to a new server and I would like a convenient way to backup the databases and since CentovaCast is the only program on the server I have to manually make a backup.

Did you ever resolve your issue with database backups...
I use the following:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/automysqlbackup/

You can install with apt install automysqlbackup

It automatically backups up all databases each day, nothing to do really, after that.

I do it manually and I'll look at soundforge thanks
