Can't migrate to new host using existing KB.

I've been a CC user for 10 years now but I'm currently banging my head trying to migrate my current install to a new server unsusccesfully. And support appear to be AWOL. Anyway in the hope anyone here might be able to help. Here's the problem description.

Hi,

i've been following your knowledge base on how to migrate to a new server. Something I've done 4 times successfully before. However this time around I'm unable to complete the process no matter what I try. The problem seems to be. Having done a clean install and copied over my tracks. I re-import the existing DB which has all the new IPs as required. But I'm not able to login and reset the password. The problem being a Cluster communication error which may be related to old database contain the wrong license key.

Please help!

The problem is solved now. I had a number of issues which took a little dealing with but are fixed now so I'm closing this.
