Error: Bad JSON response: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
I try to upload an intro clip but I always receive this message:
Error: Bad JSON response: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

What I am doing wrong?

Whats wrong with the support team? I have found 3 entries for this Problem but all three entries are unaswered. Please give us an answer to our questions. Not to answer to a post is not friendly.
