Why Centova has a slow motion support area ?

ON Saturday night I sent 3 times a ticket ,, why ? cause i got no NOtification that a ticket was opened ,, then sent a direct mail ,, and got the response ,, but ,, amazing , no opened ticket shown on helpdesk ,.

The thing is: we have no service at all , all our customers are off the air ,,,

Also made 5 telephone calls ,, and only an ansewering machine.

SO ,, anyone can share this concern asking Centova to be more expedit attending clients ???
