For the purpose of a Mobile App that we develop. we'd like to know whether there is any available feed or URLs of on-demand files. If no, is it technically possible to access such a feed? Alternately, we're able to create the feed if there is any access to on-demand files that will not be blocked,

I personally think that this is a question that should be answered. As I personally don't understand how I link to on-demand files externally?
