SHOUTcast inserting ads into stream

One of our customers reported that SHOUTcast is now adding advertisements into their stream without permission.

Has anyone else had occur t their stream or a customer's stream ?

Here is the LOG file showing what happened:

Here too on all Systems with activated Autthash.
Only solution at this moment is to delete an activated Autthash from an SHOUTcast Server.

Already contacted Radionomy. But no response

Normaly they response to us as an API Partner under 24 Hours. But this time, maybe they also don't know what happens. Its curious
