Why Centova Radios are blocked?

Read 7203 times
Hello Team,

I would like to understand why Centova Radios are blocked, at least on my local network. No one knows here that I listen to this radio and also they don't even care about it, however my local network has blocked all radios with Centova, I have tested some other stations and they don't simply reproduce using TuneIn, web player, etc... Is there a reason why this is blocked? or what type of connection Centova uses, is it any untrustable network or something?

That's not true.  All of my stations are on TuneIn and they all are using Centovacast.
Using CentovaCast here as well.... we're in TuneIn - no issues.
If it's enabled.  You can try using the web proxy 80 link to tune in.

Log into your Centova Panel > Quick Links >  And it would be listed under Tune-In Links usually the last URL in the list.

You can tune in that way if a firewall is blocking the local network.

If it is not enabled, contact your stream host.  However, if you have admin access, you can enable this by editing the centovacast.conf file near the bottom and then enabling it under  Settings > Limits.

Be sure to restart your stations server as well as centova cast when making any edits to the centovacast.conf file.

(Always make a backup before doing any edits)
It won't be Centova that is blocked, it could be the server or the port that is blocked, but it certainly won't be Centova.
