error with smtp

Hello, my centova has been configured with smtp and the main account can send emails correctly.

When a reseller add a new account their client are not receiving the account setup information, centova logs are showing:

error: unable to add recipient <client@email.com>: invalid response code received from server using SMTP: YES

somebody has solved this problem?
I know this post is old but I ran into the same issue. Then I found this little hidden gem:

SMTP server
Specifies the hostname for your SMTP server – usually mail.example.com or smtp.example.com.

If your SMTP server uses SSL, use add ssl:// to the beginning of the hostname (i.e., ssl://mail.example.com).
