Add an Option to prevent some E-Mails under /admin/index.php?page=emails when SMTP is configured.
Not for all emails, just an option for each mail template.

It´s an really bad solution at the moment. I won´t sending some emails. Sure i can deactivate email functionality in Centova, but then widgets like song requests are not working anymore.
