I'm trying to install Centovacast on my server, but I can't come further than this.
What can I do?

That particular message probably comes from either the ices-cc or liquidsoap installers, try installing Centova Cast without any parameters and then add the additional software later, in the meantime you can Shoutcast 2 and SC_Trans 2 that have binary distributions available.

As for the download error, it means that your server is having trouble fetching the LIBLAME libraries from the official website for some reason, maybe there is a temporary issue between your server and the download site.
