Suppose you have 4 lists of type General Rotation: A, B, C, D.

How to play one of each, but ensuring that 2 titles of one same playlist are never played one after another ?

I'm afraid that's not really possible right now.

While you can certainly have your four playlists play an equal number of tracks, in the long run, it's not possible at the moment to restrict tracks from the same playlist from playing back to back

what if there is just one playlists, what "weight" should we choose to just have the stuff play at random?

The weight only controls how often tracks from this playlist are played relative to tracks from other General Rotation playlists. If you have just one playlist, the weight is irrelevant.
