Hi centovacast,

I have recently upgraded from WHMSonic and am now up and running with Centova cast a few days ago. 

Although I am very happy with the features ie Playlists , File manager etc in CentovaCast, I have been experiencing troubles with one of my streams which keeps mysteriously stopping and restarting every few hours?   

It is pretty frustrating as I have never experienced connection issues even at high listening times and the stopping is causing my stream to drop listeners as well as resetting my peak listener count each time which does not look good at all   

Can someone please help me fix this?

The error log says Stream not available as there is no source connected. Agent: `Winamp 2.81'

Which means your PC stopped sending the music to the SHOUTcast server.  I'd first check Winamp.

Sorry don't think that's the issue as the autodj/playlists are playing directly from the server and wasnt during a live show.

Hi any staff available that can help?   Im creating a ticket I really need this fixed, we are losing listeners with the stream constantly restarting please help.

Submitting a ticket should be your first step if u want staff to help since this isn't an official place for support. But anyway if you are using the autodj and the server log says the source is disconnected then obviously you need to look at the autodj logs and see why its not running... no offense but kind of common sense.
