I have a Re-issuable - transferrable/refundable with periodic validation license key Invalidated Aug 26, 2013.
The problem is that on Nov 8, 2014 I Issued, and after, Invalidated the license on the same Ip address of year 2013 (for testing purpose only)
Today, November 10,2014 I need to Issue the license to my new IP address but I can't.
PLEASE HELP ME (how long the "periodic validation" license is)?
There something thad I can do to Issue my actually Unissued license?
