can upgrade the centovacast and then the shoutcast 2
/usr/local/centovacast/sbin/update --force

This is incorrect, the correct command is:

/usr/local/centovacast/sbin/update --add shoutcast2 --force

This is probably because you updated Shoutcast while still running an older version of Centova Cast.

Running the update utility script should take care of the problem.

/usr/local/centovacast/sbin/update
