I get the impression that the v3 code is updated frequently. Maybe daily ?

How often should we run the update script ?

(/usr/local/centovacast/sbin/update)

I'm a little worried about running it without a changelog or some sort of notification of what's changing but want to be running the most bug free stable version.

Any advice would be appreciated.
