Breaking News: SHOUTcast Plans to Monetize 55,000 Broadcasters

SAN FRANCISCO, September 8, 2014 – SHOUTcast is a name synonymous with streaming audio software, but now it has been transformed into something completely new. there's not really anything that needs to be implemented on Centova's side afaik as unless you sign up the station (providing the existing authhash if applicable) and are approved to use the new system, the DNAS just works like before (as all of the advert handling is controlled server-side). so as long as you've got a publically listed 2.4+ DNAS based setup, there's little else to do (other than sign-up for the service).
