The request is: add Charset settins for Icecast mount points.

Some users would like to set UTF-8 so that international characters are displayed correctly.

We tried to solve this problem by making a custom modifications to config files, but the solution didn't work, as Centova resets all modifications when user updates account settings.

We've added a new "metadata charset" field on the "Settings Overrides" tab of the mount point editor for the next build.
