Some of our clients are requesting to have a UTC +12:30 added to the time zones... Would be great if this could be added to the list...

It has a UTC +12:00  then goes straight to UTC +12:45.. Need a UTC +12:30 in there... Having issues with the Centova Time and Server time not syncing up together..

If you can let us know which time zone corresponds to UTC+12:30, I'd be pleased to add it if PHP supports it... although as far as I know, no such time zone exists.  FWIW Wikipedia seems to confirm this as well.
