using new license with v 3.0

I have been using the free trial of Centovacast v3, and yesterday bought a new monthly license.

After purchasing I relaised that I had used the wrong domain name for the new license (had used the actual site name rather than the reverse DNS lookup for the IP address, which is the server host name).

Consequently, even if I reissue the old trial license, it still picks that one up again, and not the new one which is just sitting there unissued. Having read a few posts here I discovered the licenseupdate.php script, but this seems to be a v2 solution as far as I can make out. Is there any way, short of reinstalling, that I can tell centovacast v3 to use my new license key rather than just picking up the old one again?

Thanks
edit your license.conf file in the /usr/local/centovacast/etc  folder with your new license key

delete any existing license.key file from the /usr/local/centovacast/etc/license folder

restart centovacast again.

/etc/init.d/centovacast restart

That should do it.
Many thanks Alan, that did the job :)
