I was doing a check on my server since I know it is restarted today, and I found this error in the syslog
I know we are waiting on Shoutcast or Nullsoft to repair the V2.2.1 but I am hoping this will help anyone with any info they might have or need.

And then it repeats over and over for each restart that was sent Via email
