adding a new dj. Do you need to restart auto dj?
I added new dj accounts but the passwords are not working for connecting live.  Im guessing its something stupid.

Do I have to restart my auto dj in order for these DJ accounts to take affect?

When you add new DJ accounts, you need to stop and restart the stream through Centova Cast.  (Not reload, but actually click "Stop"  and then "Start".)

Yes. I find it better to creat the accounts you need, if you have a list. And then restart for a few at the same time rather then restart each time.
Just restart before they get used.
