How often do these update?

We have 1 account on a server that the reports are not working at all, everything just shows 0 , 0:00, etc.  I think I figured out what the issue was (but im not 100% sure, Im hoping I figured it out).

And was curious on how long it takes for those reports to update.  Is it when the cron job runs?  If I were to run it manually, would they then update?

Its the only account on that server that isnt showing any reports too.  All the other accounts are working fine.
