Ticket #BU6-VIH0-720

I have a suspended owned license and I can not get an ounce of help. I have send a couple of PM to centovasupport I have 2 tickets open nothing. This has gone on for a week now. Not very happy right now. So can someone in Centova support help??

has any one seen this error? this is now happening every 5 minutes

I don't know if this is caused by my owned suspended license or not I can't get an answer from centova support.
