Disk Usage & Account License - Centova ADMIN Dashboard (minor bugs)

Read 5038 times
For some reason the disk usage @ the top right of my ADMIN dashboard is maxed out, but I ran the DF command on my server and it's only @ 21% -- the users disk usage appears to be fine just the main one for total space
Also, my license is for 25 accounts but the total streams beside the disk usage graph on Centova ADMIN dashboard is @ [UNL] -- it was also @ that with 10 account and 2 account license.

STEVE -- feel free to login to my v3 or server, all passwords are the same and in your inbox :)

UPDATE -- I just notice one of the resellers account is reporting incorrect usage Disk usage: 3.99/0.98GB --- this may or may not have something to do with the user uploading via FTP, as he was asking my support agent about it

UPDATE -- I deleted the account and recreated and the disk space is fine now for both the client and admin view , not sure what caused, was the first reseller account on this new server so not sure if it has anything to do with that -- the client had only uploaded 3 folders with nothing in them to his /media folder and it would not allow him to upload any more, it said the quota was maxed out.

it but I did find another issue -- when clients upload via FTP the library does not sync, client must goto /client/index.php?page=importmedia to sync

This is only updated nightly, so it could just be that something was taking up a lot of space when the quota cron job ran.  Not sure what else could cause this... I haven't seen anything like this.

Thanks -- fixed for the next build.

Uploading via FTP should be the most reliable method -- it shouldn't cause any problems.  After uploading via FTP, the FTP server triggers a full rescan of the client's directory to pull in media and tally up the total disk usage again, so there's not a lot of opportunity for that to go wrong.

Unable to reproduce this, even on your server.  I had no problems uploading an MP3 to your 'shouttest' account via FTP and it was automatically imported into the library.
