Lack of support is driving me to another provider.

Im starting to think the lack of support on here is personal now.

I appreciate the "Sorry it's version 3 so we're not helping you" excuse, but sometimes, when you're paying to keep a service alive it would be nice to get just a little help. Just a tiny bit. Just a weenie tincy bit.

Weeks have passed now on a couple of my please for assistance and not even a single reply. Not even the "Sorry it's version 3 so we're not helping you" nonsense.

Im now thinking of taking my business elsewhere.

V3 has some amazing features, which when they finally work will be outstanding in its class, but how we are supposed to trial something and get ZERO assistance when we want to fix it, is unacceptable. Also having a beta product for this length of time with no timescale of a release version is also unacceptable, and I would urge anyone who agrees to post their annoyance below.

Looking for alternative provider.
Please bear in mind that this is a beta.  You don't have the support of the support department staff for beta releases.

Forum posts are addressed as time permits and will not receive same-day replies.  If that's a problem, please use the stable release and you'll get full support from the support department.  During helpdesk hours our average response time is under 2hr.

Also FYI -- forum posts with rude comments probably won't receive a reply at all, as in the case of your several-week-old thread.
