Hello guys I'd appreciate you can help me with this little issue, overall if you have passed by it before me, thanks:

why I can't select a number lower than 3 on Maximum sources field for icecast server configuration? at least on my instalation that is the lower number I can select to! let's say you select 1 then centova doesn't show any problem but when you take a look again on that field you see 3 again not the 1 you put it down earlier. Higher values than 3 are always taken, no problem! centova is not taking values below 3 for this field, do you have any clue about it? so far I know and correct me if I'm wrong this parameter let me change the number of live sources connected to icecast server, so I'm interested set it just to 1 for a particular server where I only need just one live stream and mount point!

The only way to change the maximum number of sources to something lower than 3 is by editing the server.conf file. (/home/centovacast/vhosts/username/etc/server.conf) The reason why Centova Cast won't allow you to go lower than 3 is because that's the minimum number of sources needed for the automatic live/AutoDJ switching feature to work.


Please note this will change back to 3 every time you update the stream configuration in Centova Cast.
