when trying to start ccd i get a cant get past the licence part, also notice a double // in the path

my licence.conf file has the right licence, there is nothing in the licence folder tho

The problem is as stated in the error message -- your license is not issued to the current installation of Centova Cast.  Reissue your license and it'll work fine.
