Something occured to me yesterday...

iTunes has 10,000,000 songs in it's library, yet, one search box suffices for artist/song/album/all and the user doesn't having to mess with drop-down menus first.  

It works fine.  

Occassionally, I'll see an inappropriate artist who's name is like the song I was looking for, but my eyes can easily skip over it.

Yet, whenever I want to search my little Centova library for a song I've got to fiddle with a drop-down first to switch the box from 'artist' to 'song'.

Please can we lose the drop-downs?  At least have them default to 'all'.

Better, sort the playlist contents alphabtically - wouldn't need to search then!
