In the folders, where the Up/Down buttons are, could we also have buttons to move items up or down by 10 and 100 places at a time (maybe 1,000 too)?

People do sometimes want to schedule a show manually in order that DJ links stay with the right tracks and jingles/ads etc play in the right places too.  A 4 hour show has, say 60 tracks, 60 DJ links, 20 station idents and 60 ads.  That's 200 items.  On average, each needs to be moved 100 times to get it into place, in Centova, that's currently 20,000 clicks, just to arrange ONE show.  

Scheduling my whole station like that would take millions of clicks (hence the 1,000 places option).

Better, how about being able to drag 'n drop tracks within the folders?

+1 for drag and drop reordering.
