Hello,
i just installed Centova Cast and i have a problem creating new user.
I always get a blank page.

I chacket the apache error log and here is the problem.

Failed loading ”/usr/lib/php5/extensions/ion.so”:  ”/usr/lib/php5/extensions/ion.so”: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[Fri Oct 07 00:22:32 2011] [notice] child pid 11022 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

The thing is that this file does not exists and also could not find it even on google.

Couldn't even find any information about what is it.

Can you please help me with that ?

the file is the ioncube shared object... what’s weird is without ioncube installed you wouldn’t even get to see the web interface or install the software...

somewhere something is trying to load ioncube from the wrong location... i would double check your ioncube is installed and configured correctly for both apache and cli.... normally the ioncube loader has the php version in the name ion_5.3.so for example....
