a MP3 license is no longer required for broadcasting MP3s although I'm trying to get listed in the shoutcast yellow page directory and the message I'm getting from there service is that no broadcast is available. I can not find any info on how to fix this.
I have an icecast/liquidsoap broadcasting and relaying to shoutcast/sc_trans and it is working but not getting listed in shotcast YP directory. 
Any suggestions would be helpful

I sent you a MP3 name and key you can use in your PM 

To be listed in the Shoutcast directory you have to be running at least Shoutcast DNAS 2.6.x
Your stream host can run this command to upgrade to the latest, restart radio after

/usr/local/centovacast/sbin/update --add shoutcast2 --force
