6 days and no replies from Centovacast support

I just got a new Centovacast service and paid for installation. It's been 6 days and no replies and no installation. I was wondering if anyone knows what is happening to support? why they are not answering tickets.

in the end how long did it took for them to reply?
and was the service good and how much it cost...?
